Toby is a spectacled amazon, imported from Ohio. Her owner wanted Toby in the Parrot Haven and was willing to drive to NY to place him. Dee, the PFC president, was visiting her daughter in Ohio over the holidays. Mom made the trip to where Dee was vacationing and also bought Toby an airplane ticket. She made the trip to New York just before the big storm. Toby is a sweet, friendly bird who adapted very easily to her new surroundings. I've already found a good home for Toby and she will soon be placed. Until she meets her new Mom, she hangs out with Zeke. As you can see, she is very content camping out with me as I work at the computer.
