The cherry head conure is 10 yrs old. Owner was an elderly woman who died and the son was not able to keep the bird. He needs a name and needs to be worked with. He is probably in trauma from losing his owner. He was living on sunflower seed so he needs his diet improved. Dennis has named him rufus temporarily. He loves to be snuggled in a baby blanket and cuddled, but is fearful of the naked hand.
