Peaches & Cream

This cute pair of female lovebirds arrived in Parrot Haven last week. The owner lived in a small apartment and just didn't have the space to accommodate them anymore. They are skittish, but have potential. They are not finger trained but allow themselves to be petted when wrapped in a towel. When one jumps out of the cage, the other chirps vibrantly looking for her companion. This pair must go together and comes with a beautiful cage and stand.

Update 6/3/02

Chris adopted this pair, hoping that the birds would take to her kids, which they have. They continue to lay eggs constantly, but being two females, of course, they won't hatch. Such a nice pair of birds. It was a pleasure dealing with Chris.
