Buddy was lost and found his way to a man cleaning the yard, by jumping on his shoulder. Buddy was listed in the
local newspapers and as of yet his owners have not been located. Buddy resided in Parrot Haven for a while, but is
currently being fostered by a relative of the finder, who owns several birds and hopes to keep this comical bird if his
owner is not found. To claim Buddy, the owner would have to describe his physical disability and speech pattern.
