Located in Central New Jersey, right on the Jersey Shore, Cockatiel Cottage started breeding cockatiels in 1991, with a pair of Lutinos that were given to my son, Josh. Almost twelve years later, we now breed seven of the recognized mutations, including Sex-linked Yellowcheeks and Whitefaces, but mostly specializing in Lutinos and Heavy Pieds.

Garden State Exotic Bird Club is one of the newer clubs in the state. We are a non-profit organization located in the southern portion in Lindenwold,NJ and have dedicated ourselves to constantly providing our members with information regarding the care, nutrition, health and overall well-being of our feathered companions.

Our Club's goal is to help educate bird owners about living with and enjoying their pets. We are a flock of bird owners and would-be bird owners who want to learn more about our pets in a friendly atmosphere. The flock meets once a month to hear guest speakers, exchange ideas and experiences, and to signal each other about any avian dangers or delights. Our habitat is central and southern New Jersey, and we welcome and encourage all avian enthusiasts to visit or join the flock.

We are a supplier and distributor of just about every type of nut, seed, and dried fruit imaginable. We have many bird owners who purchase items for their birds from us. Currently, we have over 3000 people that come to our site every day. We often receive many questions from our customers requesting where they can find places on the internet to get more information on birds, bird clubs or forums, and even a place where they can purchase other types of bird products. The Real Macaw Parrot Club is an incorporated, non-profit, all species educational club. Our purpose is to educate ourselves and learn about owning and caring for all types of pet parrots. One of our goals is to raise funds to support avian medical research projects and conservation efforts related to parrots. We meet the second Thursday of each month at 8pm at the VFW, E-6 Winslow Place, Paramus, NJ. Our Junior Club meets at the same location an hour earlier at 7.

The South Jersey Bird Club is made up from a diverse group joined together by at least one common bond, our love of birds. We are a non-profit organization with most of our proceeds going to avicultural research, education and conservation. We also sponsor our Parrot Adoption Program which gives birds a second chance for love and happiness in a permanent and nurturing environment.
